一,DOUBLE-SIDED LAMINATING MACHINE
Double-sided laminating machine is applyed for laminating pvc film on the surface and aluminum foil onthe back without bubbles.Product introduction: gypsum boards are put on hydraulic lifting machine then lifted and pushed totransmission shelf, then conveved to laminating machine by rollers. Firstly, aluminum foil laminatngPET glue is poured on the glue spreading rollers. While rotating, the PET glue is smeared on gypsumboards. Then when aluminum foil meets gypsum board, they will firmly stick together. Secondly, pvcfilm laminating. This step is the same as first step. Thirdly, flattening and bubble removing. Fourthly.cuting pvc film and aluminum foil. Finally, transmitted to cutting machine.
二,CUTTING MACHINE
Cuting machine is used for for cutting gypsum board into small pieces.after transmission, gypsumboards are cut longjitudinally, then cut transversely.
三,EDGE BANDING MACHINE
The machine is for four edaes sealing. boards are transmited one by one. Firstly, transverse sealing.Secondly, veer. Thirdly, longitudinal sealing.
四,PACKING MACHINE
This machine can be used for shrinking the PE film after packing. After packing, cartons are conveyedto shrinking machine. While cartons go through the hot chamber of shrinking machine. the PE film wilbe shrinked evenly. After cool down, cartons will be conveyed to stacking machine.
五,HOT SHRINKING MACHINE
The machine is for shrinking plastic film. lt is the last step of packing.Product introduction: After packing, products are transmitted to shrinking machine for shrinking job.
六,STACKING MACHINE
Stacking machine is applyed for stacking finished products.
