For export enterprises, product compliance is the core threshold to enter the European market. As a mandatory certification in the EU, CE marking proves products comply with EU directives and standards, serving as a passport for smooth exports to Europe.

Our full range of suspended ceiling T bars has obtained CE certification and strictly conforms to EN 13964:2015, meeting European requirements in fire resistance, acoustic performance and physical properties. This document sorts out standardized CE technical documents, export compliance key points, packaging & logistics specifications, and common inquiry reply templates, helping foreign trade teams connect with overseas clients efficiently and avoid compliance risks.

Core CE Certification Parameters

Our suspended ceiling T bars comply with the EU CPR (Construction Products Regulation) and follow standard EN 13964:2015 (Suspended ceilings - Requirements and test methods). Key certified parameters are as follows:

  1. Fire PerformanceClassified as A1 non-combustible per EN 13501-1, with no burning droplets or toxic smoke, suitable for public and civil buildings. Third-party test: FIGRA ≤120W/s, THR ≤7.5MJ/m², fully meeting A1 grade requirements.
  2. Acoustic PerformanceCompliant with EN ISO 10140, indexed by NRC and RW:
  • Standard T Bar: NRC 0.3-0.5, RW 30-35dB, ideal for offices and residences with gypsum/mineral wool boards.
  • Premium Flat T Grid: NRC 0.5-0.7, RW 35-40dB, suitable for hotels and meeting rooms with soundproof panels.
  • Custom Anti-corrosion Grid: NRC ≥0.7, RW ≥40dB, applicable to hospitals and theatres with fireproof sound-absorbing panels.

3. Physical PerformanceLoad-bearing capacity: Standard grade ≥15kg/m, heavy-duty grade ≥30kg/m. No bending or deformation under rated load per tests.
