(1) Ordinary Ceiling T-Gird: Electrogalvanizing or basic powder coating, cold-rolled steel, thickness 0.5-0.8mm, load-bearing 10-15kg/m, service life 8-15 years, low price. Suitable for dry scenes (residential, ordinary offices), cost-effective for bulk purchase.
(2) Heavy-duty Ceiling T-Gird: Hot-dip galvanizing or powder coating, hot-dip galvanized/cold-rolled steel, thickness 0.8-1.2mm, load-bearing 15-30kg/m, service life 15-20 years, moderate price. Suitable for medium-heavy load and humid scenes (malls, hospitals, industrial workshops), balancing corrosion resistance and load-bearing capacity.

(5) Customized Anti-corrosion Grid: Double-layer hot-dip galvanizing + powder coating, high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel, thickness ≥1.2mm, load-bearing ≥30kg/m, service life over 25 years, high price. Suitable for strong corrosion scenes (coastal areas, chemical plants).
In terms of cost performance, hot-dip galvanizing is the most balanced, suitable for most scenes; powder coating for appearance focus; anodizing or customized grade for high-end/strong corrosion scenes; electrogalvanizing for limited budget and dry scenes.
Maintenance: Extend the Service Life of Ceiling Systems
High-quality anti-corrosion solutions need daily maintenance to extend service life and reduce corrosion hazards. Maintenance suggestions for different scenes are as follows:
(1) Daily Cleaning: Dry scenes (offices, residences): Clean dust with dry cloth or vacuum every 1-2 months; Humid scenes (toilets, kitchens): Wipe water and oil stains with wet cloth monthly, then dry; Strong corrosion scenes (coastal areas, chemical plants): Clean salt spray and acid-alkali stains with neutral detergent every half month, rinse with water and dry.
(2) Regular Inspection: Conduct comprehensive inspection every 6 months. Repair scratches and coating damage with special paint; Check joints, hangers and hangers to ensure firmness, no loosening, rust or breakage. Tighten loose parts and replace severely rusted ones.
(3) Special Maintenance: Keep ventilation in humid environments to reduce humidity; Spray anti-corrosion paint every 3-5 years in strong corrosion scenes; Avoid sharp objects colliding with grids, repair scratches in time.
