Gypsum board ceiling is made of PVC as raw material and processed into tongue-and-groove profiles. It features light weight, easy installation, water and moisture resistance, and moth resistance. The surface patterns and colors are also very diverse. Moreover, it is resistant to pollution, easy to clean, and has good sound insulation and heat insulation properties. Especially in the new process, flame-retardant materials are added, making it self-extinguishing when removed from the fire source, making it safer to use. It has a low cost and good decorative effect, thus occupying an important position in home decoration ceiling materials and becoming the dominant material for ceilings in bathrooms, kitchens, washrooms, balconies, etc.
PVC ceiling profiles have strong water resistance and scrub resistance. In daily use, it can be wiped with a cleaning agent and then rinsed with clean water. The seams between the boards are prone to oil stains. When cleaning, you can use a brush dipped in cleaning agent to scrub and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Be careful not to let the lighting circuit get wet. If the PVC ceiling profile is damaged, it is very convenient to replace it. Just remove the pressure strip at one end, pull out the board one by one from the pressure strip, replace the damaged board with a new one and reinstall it, then press the pressure strip properly. When replacing, it should be noted that the color of the new board should be the same as that of the old one, and there should be no color difference.
